Return and Exchange Information:

Dispatched in 9-12 business days. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only. For more information, visit our " Shipping and Return Policy".

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 2-days
  • The product is in its original packaging including any canvas bags or boxes
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • The product is free from perfume smells or make up marks
  • The swing tag is still attached and has not been cut or removed

What is Welkin’s policy on returns and exchanges?

We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. In addition, any item purchased on sale cannot be returned unless there is an embroidery/colour issue or any other major defect with the product.

In case there is an issue with fit/sizing or the product is damaged, the product can be exchanged - please email us details and images (if applicable) within 2 days of order receipt at info@welkinaccessories.com . You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision to exchange the product be made. Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit. The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

What if a piece is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly?

If your order is wrongfully delivered (item delivered is different from the order placed online) or has a genuine quality issue, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. To return or exchange a product, please email us within 48 hours of order receipt at info@welkinaccessories.com. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s).

Are in-store returns or exchanges allowed for online purchases?

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order online. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.

What is your refund policy?

In case an order is cancelled or a product is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly, please email us at info@welkinaccessories.com within 12 hours of order receipt with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 hours.

How will refunds be processed?

All refunds will be directly transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of reaching out to our customer care team.

Processing Fee:  

For international orders, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund amount.

We will ask you to send the product with its original packing to the closest return facility to you.  Using a Tracking option for your parcel is strongly recommended.
